We are particularly interested in professionals who have trained and developed their careers in Switzerland and are now ready to combine their technical audit expertise with leadership, client management and business development responsibilities.

You will have the opportunity to lead complex audit engagements, work with significant Swiss and international organisations, develop high-performing teams and play an active role in growing client relationships and market presence.

The Role Depending on seniority, responsibilities will include:

• Leading and overseeing complex audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Managing a diverse portfolio of Swiss and international clients, including complex groups and potentially listed companies
• Acting as a trusted technical point of reference for clients and internal teams
• Taking responsibility for complex accounting and audit matters
• Leading, coaching and developing audit teams
• Maintaining high standards of audit quality, documentation and regulatory compliance
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Contributing proactively to business development and new client acquisition
• Supporting the continued development of the firm’s audit offering and presence within the Swiss market

The Profile This search is specifically focused on candidates with an established Swiss audit career.

You should ideally have:

• Swiss Chartered Accountant (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer / Expert-comptable diplômé) qualification
• Appropriate Swiss auditor accreditation
• Approximately 8–10+ years of audit experience gained in Switzerland
• At least three years’ experience at Manager level or above, including responsibility for leading teams
• Previous experience with a Big Four firm in Switzerland or another leading international audit firm within the Swiss market
• Strong knowledge of Swiss audit, accounting and regulatory requirements
• The technical capability and professional judgement to take responsibility for complex audit and accounting decisions
• Excellent audit documentation skills
• Demonstrable experience managing senior client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, empower and develop others
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken

Please note: These opportunities require substantial audit experience gained within Switzerland. Profiles whose audit careers and professional training have been developed exclusively outside the Swiss market will not meet the requirements.
