We are currently partnering with a well-established, family-owned Swiss private bank to recruit experienced Senior Private Bankers and established teams to join its Geneva office.

The Opportunity Our client is seeking high-performing Private Bankers with a proven track record of acquiring, developing and managing High and Ultra High Net Worth client relationships.

Applications will only be considered from candidates with established client relationships within one or more of the following strategic markets:

• Europe
• Channel Islands
• Monaco
• Switzerland
• United Kingdom
• South Africa
• Turkey
• United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Candidates covering markets outside those listed above will not be considered.
Your Profile

• Minimum of five years’ experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Demonstrable success in acquiring and managing High and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• An established network and client base within one or more of the specified strategic markets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment solutions and cross-border private banking.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment.
• University degree in Finance, Banking or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
