About the Opportunity Our client is a well-capitalised, family-controlled Swiss private bank. It is regulated and audited to Swiss standards, carries a strong credit rating, and has consistently ranked among the best-capitalised Swiss banks on capital soundness.

This mandate is part of an active growth build-out of the Geneva office — not a replacement or backfill role. You’ll be joining at a genuine expansion point, with the backing of an institution known for a stable business model, a steady long-term growth plan, and the flexibility to move quickly and adapt.

What We’re Looking For

• An existing, transferable client book covering European markets.
• Ability to build a business case of at least CHF 80 million, sourced from European markets.
• Candidates must already be based in Switzerland.
• A client-first mindset — an individualised approach and personal commitment to clients’ interests, treating their assets as your own.
• Comfort operating within a stable, conservative risk culture rather than a high-turnover, target-driven environment.
