What Were Looking For

• Established, trained private bankers only — this is not a development or training-ground mandate.
• A minimum of 6 years experience in your current/most recent role.
• A background from a private bank specifically, not another type of institution.
• Your own existing, transferable client book.
• Candidates currently at, or with a profile comparable to, a top-tier Swiss private bank — this mandates primary hunting ground has been Julius Baer, and recent hires have come from Julius Baer and Eurobank.
